Auction Sale at Over 70%: If someone offers more than 70% of the auction value, the investor can walk away with a significant profit, as you would be entitled to the repayment of the €3.5 million debt, which you will have acquired at a much lower price. The ROI in this scenario could range between 50-60% depending on the auction outcome.
